We import, export and distribute food, parapharmacy and cosmetics from brands that are already established. Every shipment leaves with its paperwork closed and its batch identified, and you can ask where it is at any point of the journey.
The company
Between the factory and the shelf it is heading for sit customs, languages, labelling rules and a cold chain best kept unbroken. That stretch is ours.
We handle brands consumers recognise, which narrows the margin for error. A mislabelled consignment or a batch without proof of origin sits still, and somebody ends up paying for the days it spends in a customs warehouse. Hence checking the paperwork before loading rather than once the container is at sea.
We are a young company with no decades of history to show you. What we do have: one contact who knows your file, an answer the same working day, and no layers of management between you and whoever is moving the goods.

Take one stage on its own or chain them. The contact stays the same and traceability does not break when you move between them.
We bring your line in from source. Before loading we check certificates, tariff classification and labelling for the destination market, which is where the expensive problems usually surface.
For manufacturers with the product but no structure to place it abroad. We check what the destination country requires, prepare the file and run the operation through to delivery.
Storage, order preparation and final delivery through our own and partnered network. Where volume does not fill a truck, we consolidate lines from several suppliers into one shipment.
Process
Four steps. The first costs one email and commits you to nothing.
You tell us the category, rough volume and the two markets. If you already have a technical file or the manufacturer's reference, better still: it shortens the next step.
You get terms, an estimated lead time and the list of documents to gather. This is where the destination country's requirements surface, before anyone has spent money.
We close the file, book the freight and coordinate with the agent at destination. You get the tracking reference and one person to ask.
Signed proof of delivery and the full document file for the shipment, which is what you will be asked for if an incident or an inspection comes up later.
Products
Fast-moving consumer goods. Demand is already there, so what decides the outcome is supply: entry price, lead time, and the consignment arriving complete.
Branded product for retail shelves and the HORECA channel. We watch best-before dates, temperature in transit and batch traceability through to delivery. Ambient and chilled; frozen on request.
Oral care, dermocosmetics and supplements. The category carries its own regulatory requirements and they shift by country, so labelling conformity gets checked before anything moves.
Personal care and hygiene at consumer scale. High turnover and fragile packaging: a scuffed carton stops being sellable even when the product inside is fine, so palletising and wrapping get checked at loading.

No fixed minimum. For volumes that will not fill a truck we use groupage, and if the operation repeats we can consolidate lines from several suppliers into one shipment to make it add up.
Yes, it is part of both the import and the export service, including tariff classification and preparing the document file. We check it before loading, while it can still be corrected without warehousing costs.
We operate from Spain with the European Union as our base, and ship outside the EU depending on category, since health and labelling requirements vary a great deal by destination. Ask us about the specific country and we will tell you what it takes.
